Founder/President

Ashley Nash is a native of Monroe, Louisiana, who currently resides in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. A high school graduate of Ouachita Parish High School and college graduate of the Grambling State University and the University of Louisiana at Monroe. She wants to make a difference in this world and lives everyday with that goal. Her aspiration are not wealth but it's the quality of life and to promote life. To live everyday with a purposeful live is to live a rich life. She created Ivy Elite as a part of her platform while reigning on the 2008-2009 Royal Court for the Gamma Gamma Chapter of Omega Psi Phi, Incorporated at Grambling State University with the passion to build leaders and break stereotypes within our youth.

Ashley Nash understands the challenges and adversity our youth and young adults encounter in life daily. She has a passion for motivating, mentoring, and educating our youth. She aspires to work with our youth and young adults to help them overcome mental and behavioral health issues in the school, community and home setting, overcome obstacles, develop their personal talents, enhance self-confidence, and realize that accomplishing their goals will be possible with hard work and determination.

Ashley Nash has a diverse background with years of experience in mental and behavioral health, business management, counseling and mentoring youth in the educational school system, performing arts, and community outreach. Starting a non profit has always been her passion. She has and continues to make a difference in the lives of all ages.


1st Vice President 

Jerome Jackson Jr. is a native of Shreveport, Louisiana and a proud alumni of Southwood High School. He pursue a bachelors of science in Toxicology from the University of Louisiana at Monroe. Outside of serving as the 2nd Vice President and managing the Larry D. Brantley III Performing Arts Scholarship, funded by Thorn’s Communication; Jerome is an active and proud member of Kappa Alpha Psi, Inc.

2nd Vice President

Attorney Breshatta Davis is founder and creator of Pretty Girl Talk. She is a native of Monroe, LA and a proud alumna of Richwood High School and Southern University. Breshatta remains active in the community and on campus. Following graduating with her bachelor's degree in Political Science, Breshatta went on to receive her Juris Doctorate from Southern University Law Center. Beyond the law, Breshatta has a private consulting business that focuses on marketing and public relations for marginalized business owners. Breshatta is currently in her career as a Criminal Defense and Business Attorney. She serves on the Board of Directors for Ivy Elite. She is also a proud member of Alpha Kappa Alpha, Inc.
